I really appreciate that this app is currently compatible with OS Yosemite Beta, since “Memory Clean” is not compatible with OS X Yosemite beta. This is a good replecement for memory clean users that need a stable RAM cleaner for Yosemite beta.

This product is very useful in helping your cpu or laptops performance. For sure a five star product and I would recommend this to anyone looking to clean up their pc.
I download them all every memory cleaner I can find use often. There isn’t anything I hate more than a slow computer. "MEMORY BOOSTER” works better than any I’ve used and quick no fuss. That’s all I have to say that’s all you need. It works!!!
Seems to work well, automatically restores available RAM in background, whenever it gets “too low”...without interrupting whatever you’re doing. Prefs don’t all seem to work for me, and a little ad for another product pops up whenever opening prefs…but, oh well, it still does the job. Optional menubar readout of present available RAM, with drop down menu for manual “cleaning”, a report of how much “used”, “active”, “wired”, access to prefs.
I find this app very useful in helping to keep my Macbook Pro running smoothly and controlling the memory usage especially when I quit open apps.
I’ve been using this app for while and it works just great. I am on Yosemite GM 2 and I wish it updates soon to support dark mode.
Works like a charm….
If nothing else, this app is great for displaying how much more RAM you have available in real time, displayed on your top toolbar in all programs. I find it useful mostly for avoiding my Mac freezing all my work because I have used up too many resources.
lets see what happened…. (y) i think good… :D
I’ve tried most all of the ram optimizers for mac and look no further you have found the pot of gold here !!!!!! and it’s a free no brainer ( recommended ) . The fact is with the huge amount of processes and ram suckers barraging you and your computer these day’s memory booster is a must have !!!!
Womderful application. My iMAC which is quite dated is ruuning like a new machine again!
I downloaded this application so that I could monitor my RAM useage during large (design) projects. Obviously, the Adobe Creative Suite is an enormous RAM-hog, and this application allows me to keep an eye on my threshold and roughly how much RAM certain applications absorb to avoid the spinning death wheel or worse.. the total lockdown.
After reading so many good reviews, decided to have it installed - it allowed me to do much more than I was doing before, which is precisely what a memory should do - therefore, great app - recommend it without any reservations!
Great app, works nicely to free up memory that occasionally gets stuck. And you can’t beat the price!
I’ve tried more than a few and this one does a better job on Inactive than any and as good a job on bringing back Free memory as the other good ones and it’s free! I haven’t tried the Auto mode on any of the newer memory cleaners as I have a monitor watching memory and would rather purge it when I think it’s time and don’t want to over do it on soldered in RAM. Guess I can put the memory monitor to rest since this one does that too. Thanks and great job on this tool!
I just spent an hour trying to find out why I kept seeing ads for Quick PDF on startup. I didnt have that app installed and Integos virus software couldnt find anything. Then I went to their website and the App Store and found that I wasnt the only one with this issue. Im deleting this app. Who knows what else theyve installed on my system?
There is no reason NOT to have this app.
I did not feel the need to know how much of my RAM was active or free until I installed Yosemite on my 2007 iMac. Up until then, the iMac’s 3GB of RAM kept things humming even with many open apps. But with Yosemite I was watching spinning rainbows for what seemed like hours even when keeping open apps to a minimum. This app not only enabled me to see how fully occupied my RAM was, its handy “clean memory” button enabled me to keep my iMac up and running until my new RAM arrived. I plan to keep it open (it shows in the memory bar) even with my now 6GB of RAM, just to see how things are running. VERY happy with this app.
Great little app, but they need to update it. Yosemite has a “dark" theme in the finder preferences now that gives you a dark top menu background with white text instead of the traditional light background with dark text. In Memory Booster, this makes the text invisible (black text over a black background).
I was disappointed to learn there is no support for users who utilize the “dark menu bar and dock” feature. I was even more disappointed when the company failed to respond to my multiple attempts to contact them about this issue (twitter, email). Basically, once you install the app it is supposed to appear in your menu bar, but it is invisible if you use the cool looking dark menu bar and dock. Waste of money until they fix this.
